Island Transfers and Parks & Wildlife permits can also be arranged in advance, ensuring their customers have a smooth transition from the main land to the Island.

Maps and itineraries are provided with all their 4wd hires and a full pre departure briefing is provided in order to give you the latest information needed on 4wdriving conditions on the island.

	The Suzuki Jimny is perfect for a comfortable get away for 2 people on the Island. The vehicle is similar in size to the Suzuki Sierra however will provide a little more of a comfortable trip. The Toyota Hilux is an ideal vehicle for small groups or families on a budget. This style of four wheel drive vehicle is very popular on the island with a good sized external space for stowing all of your camping gear. This model seats up to 5 People. Book It Here	The Toyota LandCruiser Troop Carrier is perfect for school groups or other large groups travelling to the island together. It will carry a total of 11 people including the driver. A majority of our Troop Carriers come equipped with roof racks to store a large amount of luggage or camping gear up top.

The Toyota Land Cruiser Wagon is perfect for small groups or families who want to travel on the Island in comfort. It seats up to 6 people with plenty of room to spare for your luggage or camping gear.	Only $170 a day including standard insurance (based on 2 day min hire). Book It Here

Ferries and Permits

	Ferries and Permits When you book your four wheel drive hire , don't forget to request the ferry transfer and the National Parks and Wildlife permits required for driving and camping on the island.

Ferry Transfers There are a number of ferries to transport you and your hire vehicle over to the island each day. However, in peak periods it is best to book in advance.

National Parks and Wildlife Vehicle Entry Permit
National Parks require a permit for vehicle entry onto the island. The permit is placed inside the windscreen in the same fashion as a registration sticker.

Permits are required if you intend to camp on the island. The tag provided must be displayed on your tent.
